International Master of Leadership by the EADA (Spain) and High Specialization Master of Coaching and Leadership by the USIL Graduate School. Licentiate in Corporate Communication by the Universidad de Lima. Professor of leadership and personnel management at a graduate level at different universities in the country and the National School of Public Management (ENAP, in Spanish).
