UPC EPE International Business Program Area of application

As graduate students of the EPE International Business program, you will have a global vision and analytical skills for decision-making and generating strategies. You will make diagnoses in the field of international trade relationships, having a complete perspective of the international supply chain and of the necessary negotiating competencies from an international point of view.

You will have communication skills that will allow you to develop a multicultural performance with negotiation tools and an objective management of changing situations. You will be adaptable and have a high level of emotional management for the design and execution of international strategies.

  You will propose strategic models and leadership strategies based on the business development needs to allow it to make dynamic and effective decisions.

  You will analyze the qualitative and quantitative information obtained from the market and stakeholders, and propose commercial, sale and financial strategies for the business expansion.

• Research and Innovation:
  You will create and develop business opportunities using research tools to meet the organization needs creatively in highly-competitive contexts and volatile and changing scenarios.

• Global Business Management
  You will analyze the global market and know how to get into international markets in a sustainable way, positioning products and services based on logistics and distribution tools. You will have a global vision for negotiations, cross-cultural management and an international business management.
