Area of application for Business Administration

As a graduate from UPC’s Business Administration EPE program, you will be an upstanding and innovative professional with a global vision, which will allow you to develop business opportunities and propose strategies to solve different kinds of contingencies inside your organization.

You will contribute to the organization's management through a holistic vision in search of the business maximum productivity, or create an organization that is able to effectively meet a need identified in the market.

Additionally, you will research and analyze a great variety of information in order to generate solutions that lead to expanding the knowledge in administration and solve problems in the organizational setting.

PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES

• Strategic Management and Leadership:
  You will propose strategic models and leadership strategies based on the business development needs to allow it to make dynamic and effective decisions.
• Commercial Management:
  You will analyze the qualitative and quantitative information obtained from the market and stakeholders, and propose commercial, sale and financial strategies for the business expansion.
• Research and Innovation:
  You will create and develop business opportunities using research tools to meet the business needs creatively in highly competitive contexts and volatile and changing scenarios.
• Operations Management:
  You will identify the supply chain and make decisions about the operations, storage, commercial and distribution channels of the product, as well as the suppliers and customers relationships in international markets.
